This data field shows the average power for the last 20 minutes of an activity as well as the best 20 minutes power for the entire ride!

Moreover, when you approach your Best Power for the ride (within 10 Watts), the background will change to yellow to indicate that you are close! 

Once (if) you reach your Personal Best (PB), the background will change to green and persist for 15 seconds. Your PB can be set up or changed via Garmin CIQ Mobile App or set to auto-update.

Finally, the best power for the ride is always saved into the FIT file. You can choose to record a chart as well for later review.
