VU-416 REEL
A precision timekeeping instrument.

ALWAYS-ON, ULTRA-LOW POWER: in low-power mode the face lights only a few dim pixels on an otherwise black screen — off pixels cost an AMOLED display nothing, so the always-on view barely touches your battery, and the pattern shifts periodically to protect the panel from burn-in.

Tape-machine instrument face: cream dial, orange minute
needle, rotor-disk seconds, four data fields you set
yourself.

CONFIGURABLE
4 settings in Garmin Connect: open your watch, then Watch Face,
then VU-416 Reel, then Settings. Every data slot is assignable from the
full metric list (heart rate, resting HR, stress, Body Battery, steps,
floors, calories, distance, active minutes, VO2max, battery, weather,
pressure, altitude, recovery, and more).

options you picked, how long the face was on screen, and how much memory and
drawing time the face needed. Nothing personal - no account, no device ID, no
location beyond country, no health data. Anonymous by design and handled in
line with EU data protection law (GDPR). Switch it off any time under
Settings, Share usage stats.
