This is an upgrade from my previous Digital Sports Watch. Fields as far as colors, and metrics for the different graphs are selectable. For those  watches that don't have the capability of tracking floors climbed (FR245 as an example), the metric will just show 10 as the goal and 0 as the progress if you select it. You can select Steps, Floors Climbed, Weekly active minutes and daily active minutes. Daily goal is calculated as your weekly goal divided by 7 and rounded up to the nearest integer. Have fun and let me know if you want additional capabilities!! The default way that the Garmin watch calculates total active minutes is 2x vigorous active minutes + moderate active minutes. There is setting where you could have the watch count just the sum of the two. Now this would be for both current day and the current week. The Garmin connect app will still count intensity minutes its normal way. Has Bluetooth, alarm and message indicator. Watch has options for 12 hour or 24 hour face. Monospace type for clock numbers.
