Stretch+ brings you 40+ stretches across 10 different stretching routines of various lengths, for you to do in your own time, anywhere:

Each stretch is timed, giving a countdown timer and showing an image to help guide you through the stretch. You can change the stretch & rest times in the app settings. The session will be recorded to your Garmin Connect timeline with the name of the app and routine.

Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage.

Start: starts & stops the workout

Up/Down: cycles through the workouts, skip forward/backward a step during a workout
