Built at Home brings your BAH workout session to compatible Garmin watches. Choose from strength and cardio workout types, start and control a session from the watch or the Built at Home iPhone app, and keep both devices synchronized throughout the workout.

During a session, see elapsed time, heart rate, active calories, and distance when applicable. Pause or resume from either device, and complete and save or cancel directly from the watch with confirmation.

This is an early-access beta for Built at Home testers. The companion Built at Home mobile app and an active Garmin connection are required for phone-synchronized workouts.
