High Intensity Interval Training app for Garmin Watches. 

Track your HIIT Workout performance during Strength Training (Gym Equipment/Weight Lifting), Hiking, Cardio and Sports activities.

See your Heart Rate metrics in Color Coded HR Zones based on your Garmin Profile.

METRICS:
Current Heart Rate and percentage.
Peak - Highest HR measured during the workout and percentage
Max - Your Maximum calculated HR based on your Age. Percentage fields are calculated based on this value.
IMin - Intense Minutes is the sum of the amount of time spent on the Orange and Red HR Zones.
HR Graph - Shows a time dynamic HR graphic during the workout. Initially, the first 15 minutes of HR History (just before your workout started) will be shown in dashed lines. As your workout progress, the graph will be updated each minute, showing your actual HR during the workout in a solid line. X-axis of the graph will show reference points on 15 minutes intervals. The gray arrow at the upper right hand of the graph indicates the location of the most recent HR measurements. 

ACTIONS:
Swipe or Up-Down Buttons - Toggle the HR Color Coded Values showing your HR Zone Limits or minutes spent in each zone during workout.
Long Press or Menu Button - Start/Reset secondary timer. Specially useful to track start and stop of resting time.

OPTIONS:
Vibration - Allows vibration while changing HR Zones during workout. Two consecutive vibrations and you are transitioning to a higher HR Zone, one vibration and you are transitioning into a lower HR Zone, one long vibration and your are in Red HR Zone. 
Dark Mode - Allows show to change InstaHiit Color Theme
Batt/Temp - Allows to show Battery Status and Temperature fields.

DISCLAIMER:
The intention behind the creation of this app was to provide a real life metric of the workout intensity while doing HIIT with weights at the Gym. A HIIT example workout of this kind may consist of 5 dumbell and/or body-weight exercices executed on after the other in 3 sets, having 2 minutes rest periods between each set.  

LIMITATIONS:
The use of an External Ant+ HR Monitor is recommended while doing exercises that engage too much wrist movement, like weight-lifting and gym machines. The accuracy of wrist-worn HR Monitors is limited during this activities. Other than the Garmin IQ Device Simulator,  InstaHiiT was tested on the Garmin VivoActive 3 connected to an Scosche Armband HR Monitor.
