RACEWISE EDGE — Your live ride strategist

Ride to a plan, not guesswork.

RACEWISE EDGE turns your Garmin Edge into a live pacing strategist. Set your ride distance and goal time, then get clear guidance as you ride:

HOLD — stay on plan
EASE — conserve effort
PUSH — make up time when the pace allows
GO — finish strong

See your target speed, whether you are ahead or behind, your predicted finish time and distance remaining — all together on your Edge screen, so you can focus on the road or trail.

COURSE & ELEVATION AWARE
When course elevation data is available, RACEWISE EDGE factors climbs into its estimates. Choose Road, Gravel or Mountain Bike riding; off-road pacing is more conservative to account for changing terrain. Ride type can follow your Edge activity profile automatically, or you can choose it yourself.

MAKE THE PLAN YOURS
Choose Even pacing, Conservative Start or Negative Split. Optional warm-up, sound and vibration cues help you settle in and follow your strategy.

SIMPLE SETUP
Add RACEWISE EDGE to a cycling activity's Data Screens. In that activity's Connect IQ Fields settings, choose your distance, goal time and pacing strategy. Leave Ride type on Auto to match your activity profile, or select a fixed type. Start your ride as usual; Garmin continues recording your activity normally.

DESIGNED FOR EDGE
Made for compatible Edge 530, 540, 550, 830, 840, 850, 1030, 1030 Plus, 1040, 1050, Explore 2 and Edge MTB devices. Check Connect IQ Store compatibility for your device.

For riders who want a clear plan from the first mile to the finish.

Set the goal. Ride the course. Let RACEWISE guide the pacing.

Please note: RACEWISE EDGE is designed to fill a single data screen, showing its race guidance and ride information together on one page. For the full layout, add it as the only data field on its own data screen.
