Ticker Tock is a watch face for the FR230, FR235, and FR630.  The face presents the time, which is split between the upper left corner(hour) and bottom right(minutes).  The user will see date, notification count, and watch battery level in the top right.  The batter icon will change colors as the battery level drops to make sure the user is aware of their remaining battery life.  The user will see steps, distance(miles), and kcals burnt in the bottom left corner.  The center of the watch will show AM or PM in low power mode and will change to seconds, in the same position in high power mode.

Found issue with battery color changing at specified levels and fixed it.
