Un champ de données qui calcule en temps réel votre VO2 et VO2 max pendant vos activités de natation en piscine et en pleine mer (disposition d'un champ).

Votre VO2 max est calculée, mise à jour et enregistrée à chaque fois que vous parcourez une distance correspondant à la distance de calibration soit, 400 ou 800 mètres. Ainsi, chaque bloc de calibration mettra à jour votre VO2 max lissée.
Vous pouvez choisir d'afficher, dans la zone supérieure droite, les données d'énergie ou de distance.

La VO2 est enregistrée chaque seconde dans le fichier FIT, et la VO2 max et lissée en fin de séance. Ainsi, vous pourrez visualiser le graphique VO2 correspondant dans votre profil Garmin Connect.
La VO2 max lissée est enregistrée dans les paramètres de l'application pour la prochaine session.

La VO2 max enregistrée sous forme de graphique correspond à la VO2 max calculée pour chaque tranche de calibration.

Opération:
- un premier étalonnage correspondant à la distance de calibration choisie (400 ou 800 mètres)
- la VO2 est mise à jour par rapport à cette distance de calibration, et la VO2 max de la séance s'affiche juste au dessus de la valeur principale. Une fois la période d'étalonnage terminée, le rectangle vous indique si votre VO2 actuelle est supérieure (vert) ou inférieure (rouge) à cette VO2 max.

Comment installer:
Il s'agit d'un champ de données et non d'une application et doit être ajouté à un seul écran de données dans une activité sportive.
1- allez dans paramètres, applications, activité sportive, écran de données, écran 1
2- définir la mise en page sur 1 champ
3- définir le champ 1 sur ConnectIQ Fields, JMGDTFSwimmingVO2

JMG-DTF Swimming VO2 Max

A data field that calculates your VO2 and VO2 max in real time during swimming activities in the pool and open water (1-field layout).

Your VO2 max is calculated, updated and saved each time you cover a distance corresponding to the calibration distance, i.e. 400 or 800 meters. Each calibration block will update your smoothed VO2 max.
You can choose whether to display energy or distance data in the top right-hand zone.

VO2 is recorded every second in the FIT file, and VO2 max is smoothed at the end of the session. You can then view the corresponding VO2 graph in your Garmin Connect profile.
The smoothed VO2 max is saved in the application settings for the next session.

The VO2 max saved as a graph corresponds to the VO2 max calculated for each calibration slice.

Operation:
- an initial calibration corresponding to the chosen calibration distance (400 or 800 meters)
- the VO2 is updated in relation to this calibration distance, and the VO2 max for the session is displayed just above the main value. Once the calibration period is over, the rectangle indicates whether your current VO2 is higher (green) or lower (red) than this VO2 max.

How to install:
This is a data field not an application and needs to be added to a single data screen within a sport activity.
1- go to settings, apps, sport activity, data screen, screen 1
2- set layout to 1 field
3- set field 1 to ConnectIQ Fields, JMGDTFSwimmingVO2
